Applicable Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• By making a purchase from us, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
• Sustainability is important to us and deforestation is not ok! We source renewable products where possible to ensure our Cornhole Boards are ecofriendly.
• We appreciate you choosing to support small businesses like us. We have already paid it forward by buying our materials from handpicked, local retailers.
• For longevity, please don't leave the boards outside. Like outdoor furniture, they are susceptible to weathering.
• Do not use chemicals to clean. Keep stored in cool, dry, breathable conditions. Do not store in carry bags.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Our products come with a limited 90-day warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship of the board construction only. Cornhole sets and cornhole bags are heavy-wear recreational items, and as such, general wear, surface wear, and gradual deterioration are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by gameplay, misuse, mishandling, dropping the boards, improper storage, storage in carry bag, exposure to weather, normal wear and tear, fading, marks or scratches on printed or coated surfaces, or any damage to bags caused by rough surfaces or environmental factors, including damage by animals.
Colours, woodgrain visibility, and printed finishes may vary slightly due to the natural materials used and the UV printing process. Colours may also differ slightly from your original artwork or mockups. Light colours can show natural woodgrain through the print — this is normal and not considered a defect.
To maximise the longevity of your Cornhole set, we recommend storing it in a clean, dry, secure indoor area when not in use. Proper storage and care are essential, and failure to do so may reduce the quality or lifespan of the product.
If a genuine manufacturing defect arises within the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair the item, supply replacement parts, or provide another reasonable solution. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to us for assessment.
ORDER, PAYMENT, AND REFUNDS
• Please double check your order details before making payment as we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. If you make a mistake at checkout, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to amend your order, but please be aware some changes will incur a fee that we will pass onto you.
• We won't begin preparing custom designs until payment is received. Delays in payment can result in delays in meeting your deadlines. Once the custom design process has begun, we cannot refund you for change of circumstances.
• Please take care to check the dimensions of the products, as the family fun board sets are approximately 600mm x 400mm and suit both adults and children while also being easy to pack into a small space. Our larger boards are approximately 1200mm x 600mm and are based off the competition/regulation size.
• We accept no liability for damage, injury, or harm caused by use, misuse, or mishandling of any of our products. Please take care and be sensible when playing Cornhole.
• We heavily sand our boards, but like all timber products, there is potential for a splinter. Do not stand on the boards, and keep fingers clear of the folding legs. Please take care when using.
• We understand that competition can get fierce, and both children and adults can be destructive. Should you break the legs or hardware, we can assist you with replacement parts for a small fee plus postage, including instructions on how to swap the components.
• If the board itself breaks, please ask us about a discounted rate on another board.
• All prices are in AUD and are subject to change.
• We only deliver within Australia. Where shipping prices increase, we reserve the right to request additional payment for shipping, or refund you for your purchase.
• Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers. If your item arrives damaged, you should contact the courier immediately, as most courier companies require claims to be lodged promptly. Couriers will generally request multiple clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, shipping label, and any impact points. We will assist with claims wherever possible, but approval is at the courier’s discretion.
• Payment can be made online, by invoice, or in person if collecting. All goods and services will remain the property of Cornhole Games Australia until payment is received in full.
• All of our products are made in batches. This means unless purchased at the same time, there might be some slight variations in the product’s look and construction.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
CUSTOMISED DESIGNS
• Once any customisation has begun on any of our products, they can no longer be resold. As such, we require payment beforehand, and cannot offer refunds or changes.
• All of our products are made in batches. This means unless purchased at the same time, there might be some slight variations in the products’ look, construction or price.
• Any mockups provided do not indicate an exact representation of the finished product. They are purely an image to display placement and general colours.
• While we aim to provide images that best represent the final product, natural woodgrains may come through during the UV printing process. When buying a pair of boards, we do our best to match similar boards together. Find out more about printing on natural woodgrain here: https://cornholegames.com.au/woodgrain-prints
• All artwork and designs remain the property of Cornhole Games Australia. We may display custom designs in our marketing unless requested otherwise.
• Failure to make payment on time or provide artwork may result in delays in your order being dispatched.
• Due to thr nature of printing directly onto timber, there may from time to time be a difference in artwork alignment on the product of +/-10mm on all products and +/-20mm on Jenga.

Clear Play Area: Set up the game on a stable, level surface, free from obstacles, trip hazards, or sharp objects. Always inspect the area before play.
Pinch Points, Moving Parts, and Sharp Edges: Be mindful of pinch points, moving parts, and sharp edges during setup, adjustments, and play. Keep hands and body parts clear of areas where they could get caught or cut, and handle the equipment carefully.
Sawdust and Splinters: Natural wooden boards may have rough surfaces or splinters. Check for splinters before use and wear appropriate clothing to avoid injury from rough spots.
Avoid Injury: Always stand behind the thrower to avoid being hit by a bean bag. Do not throw bean bags at other players. Do not stand on or under the boards.
Proper Throwing Technique: Use proper throwing technique to avoid strain or injury. Do not throw too forcefully or recklessly.

You agree to hold harmless and release the manufacturer, seller, and all affiliates from any liability for injury or damages that may occur while playing the game.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Cornhole game, follow these maintenance and care instructions:
• Cleaning: Wipe the boards with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water. Wipe bean bags with a damp cloth and let them air dry.
• Storage: Store your Cornhole set indoors, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid storing outside, as weather elements can cause damage.
• Protecting the Boards: To prevent damage, avoid placing heavy items on the boards. Use a rug or mat on hard surfaces like concrete to reduce wear.
• Refinishing: Over time, like any outdoor furniture, the boards may require refinishing. Sand the boards lightly with 600-grit sandpaper and apply a water-based polyurethane coating to protect the wood.
• Bean Bags: Avoid rough surfaces to prevent fabric tears or stitching damage.
• Weather: Do not use the game in wet conditions. Ensure the set is dry before storing.

Before opening your delivery, you must take clear photographs showing the condition of the package from all sides, including any visible dents, tears, punctures, crushing or other damage. Once opened, you must immediately inspect the contents and photograph any damage together with the original packaging.
Failure to inspect, photograph and report any damage immediately may affect the ability to lodge a claim against the freight company responsible.
If damage is identified, you must retain the damaged product and all original cartons, wrapping and packaging. Do not dispose of, repair or alter the damaged product or packaging until the freight claim has been assessed. As part of the claims process, the courier may require the damaged product and its original packaging to be collected for inspection and/or salvage.

The receiver is responsible for cooperating with any reasonable inspection, collection or evidence requirements of the freight provider.
Where practical and at our discretion, we may assist by supplying replacement parts that can be exchanged for individual components damaged during transit.
